About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled

Software Engineer (MERN Stack)

to join our fast-growing product team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance web applications using the MERN stack, while also exploring opportunities to integrate GenAI-powered solutions to enhance product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using the MERN stack — MongoDB/MySQL, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Ensure optimal application performance through profiling, code optimization, and efficient database design.
  • Conduct thorough testing, peer reviews, and ensure adherence to best coding practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver impactful features.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack in a timely manner.
  • Participate in CI/CD setup, manage cloud deployments, and ensure application scalability.
  • Stay updated with modern technologies and explore GenAI integration to enhance user experience and product intelligence.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack.
  • Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
  • Proven experience with both MongoDB and MySQL databases.
  • Familiarity with Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and CI/CD tools.
  • Strong understanding of API design, performance tuning, and scalable architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Exposure to Python or AI/GenAI technologies is a plus.
