Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with system engineers to review requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure testability.
• Develop structured test plans and test analyses, aligning them with system and software requirements.
• Define and maintain a requirements-to-test traceability matrix to ensure full coverage.
• Create test cases in simulated environment, according to the Test Analysis.
• Establish best practices and frameworks for structured testing across teams.
• Communicate with requirement owners and team members along the way.
• 5+ years of experience preferred in system or software testing in complex domains (automotive, robotics, aerospace, industrial).
• Strong knowledge of requirements engineering and ability to structure requirements for testability.
• The person performing this work should be an experienced tester who is used to challenging the product in trying to prove that a requirement is not fulfilled.
• Experience with structured test analysis techniques (e.g., equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, scenario-based testing).
• The person has worked with automated testing and understands the principles of CI/CD development
• The person has some experience from coding in .yaml, working in Jira and working in Gitlab.
• Programming basics – experience in Python, C++, or a similar language

Good to Have:

• Experience in autonomous systems or robotics systems.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards (ISO 26262, ISO 21448, ISTQB, or similar).
• Familiarity with model-based systems engineering (MBSE).
• Exposure to simulation tools and system test environments.
• Communicative and willing to ask questions whenever they are needed.
