Urgent Hiring Sparrow Switch for LTIMindtree EXP : 3 to 8 years Location Kolkata Pune Hyderabad Chennai In order of preference Primary Skill Linux Database Production Support Work exp on Sparrow switch Cards Payment domain Secondary Skill Production Support SDLC Banking Ticketing Snow exp TechnoFunctional Role Candidate should have strong knowledge in Sparrow Switch application and must have strong writing experience in UnixLinux shell scripts Candidate must be having strong knowledge in ATM and POS terminals is an added advantage Candidate must have experience in Interchange simulators VISA MC and UPI Candidate should be expert in certification with VISA MC and UPI Candidate should have expert knowledge in ISO 8583 and Switching internal message formats Candidate must have expert knowledge in Schemes installation activities Preferable to have associates having strong knowledge in POS tool Terminal management system and able to decode the terminal message formats Associate should have good knowledge in Hardware security module A98 server application concepts Card World producer application in windows 2008 and 2012 server If Associate should have additional knowledge of BWAC application software for ATM connectivity for sparrow application will be added advantage If Associate having knowledge in CR2 product Studio ATM branding tool will be added advantage Associate should have strong knowledge in SDLC and able to resolve the problemsissues quickly in production environment Resolves incidentsproblems with appropriate use of escalation and notification procedures Can work to deadlines and has the capability to perform escalation in failure and delay Has experience of incident problem management disciplines Added Advantage Familiar with technical documentation standards guidelines and best practices Added Advantage Communication Skills Will have to communicate with vendor CR2 and teams and other banks Skills Mandatory Skills : Sparoow Switch support ATM-Switch (Base24, SmartVista etc)
