About Us We’re an early-stage startup building an AI-powered hiring and placement preparation platform that supports organizations, institutes, and students. Organizations can automate resume screening, conduct technical/aptitude tests, and even run AI-powered mock interviews. Institutes can track and improve students’ placement readiness. Students get access to real-world mock interviews, technical tests, and personalized feedback to boost their placement preparation. We’re on a mission to bridge the gap between learning and employment — and we’re looking for passionate interns to join us on this journey. Summary of the Role As a Full Stack Software Engineer Intern , you’ll play a hands-on role in building key features of our platform using the MERN stack . This internship is ideal for students who want to grow by solving real problems and being part of a cross-functional team. Success in this role means writing clean, scalable code, learning fast, asking questions, collaborating well, and owning your contributions. Responsibilities Develop and maintain frontend components using React.js and Tailwind CSS Build backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js Integrate MongoDB for storing user, test, and interview data Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional components Participate in daily standups and sprint planning meetings Write reusable, testable code and follow Git workflows Take initiative to debug, test, and improve your work based on feedback Qualifications Knowledge of JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB Understanding of RESTful APIs and basic database design Familiarity with Git and GitHub for version control Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills Willingness to learn, collaborate, and take ownership of tasks Good communication skills (verbal & written) Currently enrolled in a technical course or recently graduated Learning Opportunities Real-world startup experience and product-building exposure Work closely with experienced mentors Daily collaboration and learning environment Internship certificate and letter of recommendation upon successful completion Flexible working hours Note: This is an unpaid internship .
