Job Description

We are seeking a

Software Engineer

with expertise in

Go and Java

to develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reliable applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

backend development, API design, database management, and cloud infrastructure

, working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development & Maintenance

Develop, test, deploy, and maintain
scalable and high-performance
applications using
Go and Java
.
Implement
complex features
while following
best practices and design patterns
.
Develop and maintain
RESTful APIs
and participate in
code reviews
to ensure code quality.

Database Management

Design and implement
efficient and robust database solutions
using
relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
.
Write optimized queries and apply
database performance tuning
techniques.

Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps

Work with
AWS (or other cloud providers)
, utilizing services like
EC2, S3, Lambda, and more
.
Contribute to the
design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines
.
Follow
cloud security best practices
to ensure application security.

Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting

Debug and resolve
software issues effectively
.
Identify and mitigate
potential risks
in projects.
Participate in
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) sessions
for continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with
engineers, product managers, and designers
to deliver high-quality solutions.
Clearly communicate
technical concepts
to both
technical and non-technical
stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Knowledge Sharing

Suggest and implement
improvements to development workflows
.
Actively participate in
team knowledge-sharing
initiatives and best practice discussions.

Qualifications & Skills

Required Skills

3+ years
of experience in software development with
Go and Java
.
Strong knowledge of
RESTful API development and microservices architecture
.
Experience with
relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
.
Hands-on experience with
AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda) or other cloud providers
.
Understanding of
CI/CD pipelines, cloud security, and DevOps best practices
.
Strong
debugging and problem-solving
skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with
containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
.
Knowledge of
message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
.
Familiarity with
monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
.
