The Software Engineer II engineers secure, scalable and reliable technology solutions, with appropriate mentoring, to advance Market Data in the global marketplace and serve risk management needs of customers around the world.
Principal Accountabilities:Must have Java development experience end to end - Springboot/APIbackend
Must have worked on data messaging - Kafka IBM MQ or other platforms with Java
Should be having cloud expertise - GCP is added advantage
Should have expertise in databases- Oracle/SQL/BQ
Should be able to work with high impact team stakeholders with minimum supervision on day to day basis
Helps with code optimization , database tuning, based on delegated tasks
Participates in code reviews and helps with environment build deployments; Corrects identified defects and issues and finds own bugs.
