About The Role

Software Engineer (Consultant/Expert level)

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers, architects, and engineers to design and implement scalable business solutions.
• Develop, test, and deploy robust backend applications and microservices.
• Create and manage data pipelines and ETL processes to handle business logic and transformation rules.
• Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Support user acceptance testing and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Refactor and modernize existing codebases to improve performance and maintainability.
  

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot development.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – BigQuery, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub
• Microservices Architecture
• Kafka, Terraform
  

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI/AI Agent technologies is an added advantage.
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong background in full-stack or backend development with cloud-native experience.
• Hands-on expertise in building data-driven systems and distributed applications.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain domains is a plus.
