Software Engineer - Azure

Key Skills: AWS, Kubernetes Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters. Deploy, monitor, and maintain containerized workloads using Kubernetes and Helm. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates. Collaborate with development teams to design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar. Monitor and troubleshoot containerized applications, services, and networking issues within AKS. Manage Kubernetes components (pods, deployments, services, ingress controllers, etc.) and integrate with Azure services. Implement security best practices, including pod security policies, secrets management, and RBAC. Optimize performance and scalability of Kubernetes clusters and workloads. Provide support and expertise in incident response, logging, and observability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics. Required Experience: 5 + years of total experience in IT, with at least 2+ years in AKS/Kubernetes administration. Strong hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and core Kubernetes concepts. Proficiency in Helm, Docker, and container image lifecycle management. Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools: Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates. Solid understanding of networking, DNS, ingress, load balancers, and service meshes (e.g., Istio, Linkerd). Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD automation, and Git-based workflows. Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor. Good scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, or PowerShell). Qualifications: B. Tech in Computer Science
