Software Engineer

Our enterprise-class software solutions cater to the business intelligence needs of industry-leading healthcare companies globally. We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join Aissel as a member of the integrated product development & the delivery team at our Hubli Office. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a small mid-sized organization. Responsibilities include building efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules, solving complex performance problems and architectural challenges, understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application, handling user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments, integrating multiple data sources and databases into one system, and having familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds. Additionally, strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages, proficient understanding of code versioning tools like SVN and Git, and good spoken and written English skills are essential. The candidate should be self-motivated with exceptional real-time problem-solving and team leadership skills. Essential Skills required for this position include knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, understanding of MVC design patterns, familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming, excellent oral and written communication skills, expertise in code analysis and database optimization, strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks with Codeigniter preferred, and a Bachelor's degree (BE or BTech) in Computer Science.,
