About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Software Development Team Leader to guide and manage a team of developers working on high-performance software for industrial networking products. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in embedded and enterprise software environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
• Plan, design, and oversee software development for Embedded Linux and Windows platforms.
• Integrate open-source components and ensure secure, maintainable solutions.
• Implement design patterns, structured programming, and coding standards.
• Collaborate with teams across Taiwan and India for system-level integration.
• Manage Git workflows, conduct code reviews, and maintain code quality.
• Improve system performance, reliability, and network security.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 8 - 12 years of experience in software development.
• Strong programming skills in

  C/C++, C#, Python, VB, SQL, HTML, JavaScript

  .
• Experience in

  Embedded Linux

  and

  Windows

  development.
• Good understanding of

  networking protocols

  (TCP/IP, SNMP, etc.) and cybersecurity.
• Expertise with

  Git

  and open-source integrations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
