Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your expertise in various technologies and methodologies to support clients and projects, ensuring that the software solutions meet the required standards and specifications. You will collaborate with team members to drive project success and contribute to the overall efficiency of the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with system integration and data migration processes. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues. - Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
