What You'll Do

●     Design, develop, and maintain backend services using JVM-based technologies (Kotlin)

●     Work on APIs, databases, and internal tools that serve hospital staff, operations teams, and patients

●     Translate real-world workflows into clean, efficient code

●     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship new features quickly

●     Constantly improve the system’s performance, reliability, and usability

What We're Looking For

●     2–4 years of software development experience specifically in backend

JVM-based languages

●     Working knowledge of public cloud like AWS, GCP etc

●     Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and end to end ownership of application.

●     A self-starter who learns quickly and thrives in ambiguity

●     Passionate about solving real-world problems through tech
