Position: Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) / Test Automation Engineer

Location: Noida, India (Hybrid)

What You'll Do

• Build Automation Frameworks: Design and implement test automation from the ground up across Web, Mobile, API, and Database layers.
• Engineer Test Suites: Develop integration, functional, regression, and performance tests to ensure reliability for millions of rides.
• Embed in CI/CD: Integrate automation into pipelines to deliver faster, safer releases.
• Hands-On Testing: Execute manual tests where needed, using insights to expand automation coverage.
• Collaborate & Coach: Partner with developers and product managers to embed quality into every step; mentor teammates on automation best practices.

What Were Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in software development and testing, with proven automation expertise.
• Coding: Strong scripting skills (Python preferred; JavaScript/Java a plus).
• Frameworks: Demonstrated success building automation frameworks from scratch.
• Testing Mindset: Skilled in both manual and automated testing, with TDD/BDD experience.
• Tooling: Git, Unix/Shell scripting, SQL/NoSQL DBs, API test automation, CI/CD pipelines.
• Mindset: Detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to drive quality at scale.
