Position: DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Location: Noida, India (Hybrid)

What Youll Do

• Reliability Engineering: Own uptime, performance, and scalability of our systems across micro services and real-time data pipelines.
• DevOps Ownership: Manage CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, Dockerized services, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Code Monitoring: Build observability solutions to monitor application code, APIs, and real-time event streams (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic).
• Incident Management: Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues with blameless postmortems.
• Automation First: Create automation for deployments, monitoring, and recovery to minimise manual toil.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers to embed reliability and monitoring into the software lifecycle.

What Were Looking For

• Experience: 4+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or backend engineering.
• Programming: Proficiency in one or more languages (Python, Go, or Node.js).
• Cloud & Infra: Strong hands-on with AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and IaC.
• Observability: Knowledge of logging, metrics, and distributed tracing tools.
• System Design: Understanding of fault tolerance, high availability, and distributed systems.
• Mindset: Problem-solver with a proactive, ownership-driven attitude.
