Software Development Engineer (Backend) - Trainee

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: B.E. (CS/IT), B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, MCS, M.Sc. (IT/Computer Science)
• Experience: 0 to 1 year
• Note: This position is subject to a 2-year minimum service agreement

About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and motivated software professionals to join our team as Software Development Engineer - Trainee. This is a hands-on role focused on real-world product development and software engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on in-house product development
• Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established coding standards
• Analyze and resolve technical and application issues
• Participate in code and design reviews

Required Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for programming
• Good verbal and written communication in English
• Proficiency in Core Java (through coursework or personal projects)
• Demonstrated programming knowledge in any language
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Technology Stack:

• Back End: Core Java, Advanced Java, SQL, MySQL
• Frameworks: Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate
• Other Skills: Data Structures, Git, REST APIs

Terms of Employment:

• This is a strictly work-from-office role. Remote work is not allowed.
• This is a permanent, full-time position.
• Upon acceptance, you will be required to sign a 2-year minimum service agreement.
• This agreement is in place due to the significant investment in your initial training and development.
• Detailed terms of the agreement will be shared and discussed during the final offer

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹230,000.00 per year
