Job Description

Software Development Engineer III (SDE III)


With a strong focus on scalable architecture, CI/CD automation, and cross-functional collaboration, this is an exciting opportunity for tech leaders who want to own architecture decisions and drive end-to-end product engineering.

What You’ll Do:

  • Architect and build scalable web applications (Node.js/React.js/Next.js)
  • Lead and mentor engineers across frontend and backend teams
  • Design performant database structures (SQL & NoSQL) and caching strategies
  • Drive API design, authentication, authorization, and integration strategies
  • Own infrastructure, CI/CD, Docker-based deployments—no separate DevOps team
  • Enable observability and performance tuning across services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful user experiences
  • Take ownership from concept to deployment and post-launch monitoring


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong backend experience (Node.js, Nest.js, Django, Spring Boot, etc.)
  • Frontend expertise (React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS)
  • Solid understanding of system design and architecture principles
  • Proficiency in databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
  • Hands-on with CI/CD, Docker, cloud deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Familiarity with API security, background processing, event-driven systems
  • Strong debugging skills and ability to lead technical discussions
  • Experience mentoring developers and setting engineering best practices
