Summary:As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of features, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing existing applications to meet client needs. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of development processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with project goals and timelines. 2+ years of Experience as Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua) Developer. Proven working experience in Eloqua on minimum 2 to 3 E2E implementation. Should have worked on the below areas of Eloqua.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Email Configuration.- Preference management.- Branding and deliverability.- Tracking Websites, Visitors.- Forms and Forms Integration.- API, Bulk APIs.- Campaign management.- CRM integrations.- Data model extensions.- Profiles, Navigation Sets.- Workflows, workspaces.- Surveys.- Chats.- Simple Custom Reports.- Basic Knowledge of Customer Portal (Widgets).- HTML, Java script.- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Continuously evaluate and improve development practices to increase efficiency. Proficiency in Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation.- Strong understanding of application development methodologies.- Experience with integration of marketing automation tools with CRM systems.- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation.- Experience with FDBI/Import Management, ESS Jobs.- Hands on experience with OTBI for building Sales reports with SQL knowledge.- Configure application functionalities through Application Composer, Page Composer, and Functional Setup Manager (FSM) and CSM.- Understanding of Oracle CX data model and table structures.- Experience in Oracle Sales Cloud security, role-based access control, and user management.- Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud integration using REST/SOAP APIs.- Experience with integration touchpoints (OIC, REST/SOAP Web Services, Eloqua, CPQ).- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15-year full time education is required.
