Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work. Must have skills : SAP HCM Payroll Good to have skills : NA Educational Qualification : 15 years of full time education Summary :As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across various clients. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to ensure the successful execution of projects, addressing maintenance and enhancement requests, and contributing to the overall development work that supports client needs. You will be involved in problem-solving and innovation, ensuring that the applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.- Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance regulations.- Experience with SAP HCM modules and integration with other systems.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll processing.- Familiarity with data migration and system upgrades. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years of full time education is required.
