Key Responsibilities: - Designing, building, and maintaining cutting-edge software solutions for benchmarking and analytics - Fostering innovation through analytics, design thinking, and digital transformation - Developing new products and integrating them into client work - Contributing to the shift towards digital asset-based consulting - Being part of the Corporate & Business Functions (CBF) CBFLab asset within McKinsey's Operations practice Qualifications Required: - Understanding of architectural concepts for highly scalable data-driven applications in cloud environments - Experience in engineering best practices such as code refactoring, design patterns, test-driven development, etc. - 5+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript, Python, RESTful APIs, databases, and cloud computing - Knowledge of Agile software development processes - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Strong command of the English language - Bachelor's degree in computer science - Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS - Familiarity with container orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes - Experience with AI capabilities and security tools like SAST, DAST, etc. - Energized by complex problem-solving and innovation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Additional Details: The company emphasizes continuous learning, providing structured programs for growth and development.
