We’re now expanding our engineering team to scale these platforms and create tools that genuinely make lives better.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who’s excited about building scalable, impactful, and human-centered tech products.
You’ll be part of a small, fast-moving team working directly with our founder and designers to bring healthcare innovations to life from AI-based reminders to patient care dashboards.

You’ll have real ownership, freedom to shape architecture decisions, and the satisfaction of seeing your code directly improve lives.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack components across products like Arogya Note and Aushadhi Mitra.
• Build clean, scalable APIs and database models to manage healthcare and patient data.
• Integrate AI services (e.g., Google Gemini, OpenAI, or custom ML models) to automate note-taking, summaries, and health reminders.
• Collaborate with designers and medical experts to create simple, intuitive healthcare experiences.
• Optimize performance and security for healthcare data workflows.
• Write clean, modular, and testable code that scales with our growing platform.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with React or Next.js on the frontend.
• Solid backend skills with Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency with SQL and understanding of database design.
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs or GraphQL.
• Basic DevOps knowledge — Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment best practices.

Bonus Points

• Experience working with AI APIs (OpenAI, Cohere, Gemini, or Claude).
• Familiarity with healthcare data structures or data security compliance.
• Experience in mobile-first or progressive web app development.
• Passion for solving real-world healthcare challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
