Job Role: As a Learning Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for potential healthcare professionals. Your role will involve understanding their goals, explaining our offerings, and guiding them toward the right course/s. Key Responsibilities: Dial 100+ outbound calls daily to leads provided. Speak with a minimum of 40 potential learners each day. Conduct at least 2-3 video consultations (VCs) daily to convert leads into enrolments. Identify learners pain points and effectively pitch the relevant courses / pathways. Follow up with leads and drive conversions to meet and exceed your daily KRAs. Maintain accurate records of calls and feedback in LSQ and other CRM tools. Vitals: 6 days working, Rotational Sundays off. Working Hours & Shift Timings- 10 AM-7 PM (IST) or 11 AM-8 PM (IST). Compensation- Upto 8 LPA (Basis experience & performance during the interview process). Job Location- Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
