About the Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic Software Developer with a strong passion for artificial intelligence and large language models (LLMs). In this role, you’ll design, build, and deploy intelligent systems that leverage advanced AI to power chatbots, automation tools, and smart assistants. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, fine-tune, and integrate LLM-based applications that deliver real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI systems using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or Llama.
• Build APIs, pipelines, and data workflows integrating model inference into real applications.
• Fine-tune and optimize models for specific domains, conversational agents, or reasoning tasks.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve contextual accuracy and response control.
• Work with vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, etc.) for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Develop tools for summarization, classification, and semantic search.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to integrate AI capabilities into web or chat products.
• Monitor and analyze model performance to continuously enhance output quality and reliability.

Requirements

• Strong programming knowledge in Python (FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks).
• Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and embedding models.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Working knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS).
• Basic understanding of transformer architectures, tokenization, and model inference.
• Experience deploying AI systems on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Vercel preferred).
• Strong debugging, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills.
