About the Role:We’re looking for a thoughtful and driven Software Developer to join our team and help turn ideas into real, working products. If you enjoy writing clean code, solving real-world problems, and building things that people actually use — we’d love to meet you. What You'll Do:Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams — product, design, QA, and DevOps Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code Participate in code reviews and improve existing systems Troubleshoot bugs and continuously improve performance Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices What We're Looking For:Solid programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.) Familiarity with databases, APIs, and version control (Git) Good understanding of software development principles (OOP, MVC, etc.) Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Attention to detail, curiosity, and a desire to keep learning Nice to Have:Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc.) Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines or container technologies Why Join Us?Friendly, supportive team that values growth Flexible work hours and remote options Opportunity to work on real products with real users Ongoing learning support — books, courses, mentorship
