Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain

  data pipelines

  in

  Microsoft Fabric

  to support

  Google Retail Search

  initiatives.
• Extend standard pipeline templates through custom Python scripting.
• Write optimized, scalable

  SQL queries

  and stored procedures for data transformation and validation.
• Collaborate with product teams, data analysts, and architects to understand data requirements and delivery objectives.
• Ensure high-quality, clean, and well-documented code aligned with internal standards.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Implement data validation and exception handling mechanisms in pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in

  Python

  and

  SQL

  development.
• Proven experience in building or customizing

  data pipelines

  using

  Microsoft Fabric

  (or related tools like Azure Data Factory, Synapse).
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT design patterns and best practices.
• Experience in managing and processing large datasets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with GCP concepts or Google Retail Search is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Prior exposure to

  Google Retail Search (GRS)

  data models or implementation frameworks.
• Experience working with

  cloud-based environments

  such as Azure or GCP.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD for data workflows.
• Understanding of data governance and privacy regulations in retail/e-commerce data.
