Software Developer

with 5–7 years of experience to join our innovative technology team. This role involves designing and delivering scalable solutions across applications, data platforms, automation, and integration layers. Candidates who enjoy working in fast-moving environments and bring knowledge of the

Market Access domain

(healthcare, pharmaceutical, or payer projects) will be particularly well-suited for this position.

candidate can work from remote any where in india. Immediate joiners are preferred, candidate will be contract through our india office to our client.

Location : India -Remote

What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain front-end applications using React.js with a focus on responsiveness and performance.
Design and fine-tune data pipelines, transformations, and queries in Snowflake to enable business intelligence and reporting.
Build backend APIs, services, and automation workflows with Python and SQL, ensuring seamless integration with both internal systems and external partners.
Develop Excel-based utilities and dashboards with advanced features using VBA.
Partner with product managers, analysts, and business teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and deliver reliable outcomes.
Prioritize scalability, security, and performance in all developed solutions.
Leverage Market Access domain knowledge to tailor technology solutions for maximum impact.
Produce clear technical documentation (design specs, process flows, user guides) to support long-term maintainability and team knowledge sharing.

What We’re Looking For

5–7 years of hands-on experience in software development.
Technical expertise in React.js, Snowflake, Python, SQL, API development, and S3-based storage.
Knowledge of VBA for Excel automation (preferred).
Exposure to Market Access projects (healthcare, pharma, payer) is an added advantage.
Familiarity with Agile practices and collaboration tools (JIRA, GitHub, DevSecOps frameworks).
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to create and maintain architecture diagrams, process documents, and end-user materials.
