Software Delivery Manager

As an experienced Software Delivery Manager, your role involves leading end-to-end software delivery for global enterprise clients. You will be responsible for ensuring on-time, within-budget project execution and coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and geographies. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading end-to-end software delivery for global enterprise clients - Serving as the primary point of contact for international clients - Leveraging existing global client network to identify new business opportunities - Coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and geographies - Managing project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets for complex software implementations - Facilitating effective communication between technical teams and C-level client stakeholders - Driving continuous improvement in delivery processes and client satisfaction metrics As a qualified candidate for this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 8+ years in software delivery management with extensive global client-facing experience - Active network of contacts with international clients (North America, Europe, APAC preferred) - Proven ability to maintain and nurture long-term client relationships across borders - Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) - Excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills - Experience managing distributed teams and offshore/nearshore delivery models - PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred Additionally, key success factors for this position include: - Demonstrated ability to leverage client relationships for business growth - Track record of high client retention and satisfaction scores - References from global clients spanning multiple regions As an experienced Software Delivery Manager, your role involves leading end-to-end software delivery for global enterprise clients.
