You are looking for an experienced Full Stack .NET Technical Developer with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Microsoft Tech Stack, focusing primarily on .NET. Your expertise should cover a wide range of technologies including C#, ASP.NET, Web Api, Microservice, CQRS, TDD, SQL, Monitoring, Observability, PubSub, and Kafka streaming services. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience in Angular development. As a Full Stack .NET Technical Developer, you will be responsible for taking ownership and serving as a technical expert in designing, coding, and debugging complex applications. You will lead and contribute to the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, performance, and availability. Your role will also involve conducting code reviews, providing feedback, and mentoring team members to enhance their technical skills and coding practices. In this position, you should be well-versed in CI/CD, DevSecOps methodologies, terraform, IaaS, PaaS, docker, and artifactory. You must have a good understanding of architecture and design patterns, cloud native best practices, and Security Development Lifecycle (SDL). Collaboration with cross-functional teams, staying updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to .NET development, and driving their adoption within the team are essential aspects of this role. Effective communication and collaboration skills are crucial as you will participate in meetings, provide insights, gather feedback, and contribute to the overall improvement of development processes. A Customer First Mindset and high proficiency in written and spoken English are necessary for this position. You should hold a Bachelors or equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. It would be advantageous to have globally recognized certifications such as AWS, Microsoft, GCP, etc. Previous experience in technical leadership or mentoring in a global team would also be beneficial.
