We seek a goal-focused and dynamic Business Development Associate to help generate and qualify leads, drive solution adoption, and support decision-makers in overcoming distribution and sales execution challenges Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Generate and qualify B2B sales leads through multiple channels – Cold Calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach (Sales Navigator), networking, events, and referrals. Research and map FMCG/CPG target accounts, decision-makers, and key stakeholders (CXOs, Sales Heads, Distribution Managers). Sales & Conversion Schedule and conduct discovery calls, demos, and product walkthroughs tailored to client needs. Negotiate and convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). Send and follow up on proposals, quotations, and agreements to close deals.
