Software Architect

As a Software Architect, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of web developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications. Your role will involve owning the end-to-end technical architecture and system design, providing accurate project estimations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define clear technical requirements and deliverables. You will lead the development and implementation of scalable front-end and back-end systems using modern frameworks, oversee sprint planning and agile ceremonies, and ensure code quality, performance optimization, and application security standards. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 6 years of hands-on web development experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks. Additionally, you should have 2+ years of experience in a Tech Lead/Engineering Manager role, strong knowledge of software architecture design, system integration, and scalable systems, and proven experience in project estimations for both frontend and backend components. Experience with cloud platforms, REST APIs, microservices, CI/CD, Docker, and DevOps tools is also required. Moreover, you should possess strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Exposure to serverless architecture, container orchestration, performance tuning, load balancing for web applications, and prior work in a startup or product-based environment would be advantageous. Agile/Scrum certification or experience in agile team leadership is a plus. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend tools or platforms that improve productivity or quality to ensure the continuous growth and success of the team and projects.,
