Software Architect

The Software Architect - GenAI plays a crucial role in overseeing the deployment of Generative AI agents on the AWS Cloud platform, with a primary focus on delivering high-scale, production-ready solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of AI frameworks, cloud architecture, and application development to develop scalable GenAI solutions. The architect collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust AI systems, while also mentoring development teams and effectively communicating complex technical concepts to stakeholders. In this role, the Software Architect is responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end deployment strategies for Generative AI agents on AWS Cloud infrastructure. They are tasked with architecting high-scale AI solutions capable of handling enterprise-level workloads and optimizing various AI frameworks for specific use cases. Additionally, the architect develops sophisticated prompt engineering techniques and fine-tuning strategies to enhance AI performance. Furthermore, the Software Architect designs and implements scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for AI applications handling millions of requests. They build full-stack applications using modern development practices and cloud-native technologies, create robust microservices architectures with load balancing and disaster recovery mechanisms, and implement event-driven architectures for optimal performance and cost efficiency. As a technical leader, the Software Architect develops comprehensive REST APIs for AI agent interactions, optimizes database architectures for AI workloads, and implements Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for consistent and repeatable deployments. They also create automated CI/CD pipelines for seamless AI model deployment and updates. Effective communication and mentoring are key aspects of this role, requiring the Software Architect to present technical concepts and AI solutions to executive stakeholders and technical teams. They lead technical workshops and training sessions on GenAI best practices, mentor development teams on AI integration and cloud architecture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 5 years of experience in cloud architecture and application development with a focus on scalable systems. They should also possess hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI agent frameworks, along with expertise in Python, Node.js, REST API design, database concepts, and Terraform. Strong communication skills, experience mentoring development teams, and proficiency in AI frameworks, prompt engineering, AWS services, high-scale architecture, and database systems are also required. Additionally, preferred skills include domain knowledge in Telco or Banking industries, AWS Machine Learning Specialty certification, advanced Terraform experience, security understanding, and performance optimization skills.
