.In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable, high-performing enterprise solutions, shaping the technical vision and architecture across complex projects. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and client teams to define end-to-end solutions, guide implementation efforts, and ensure technology alignment with business objectives. This position offers the opportunity to influence cloud adoption strategies, system integrations, and modernization initiatives while mentoring engineering teams. Your work will directly impact the quality, performance, and scalability of enterprise applications, while fostering best practices and innovation across the development lifecycle.
Accountabilities
- Design and implement scalable enterprise applications using Java/.NET and modern architectural patterns
- Define and own technical architecture, solution design, and documentation for complex systems
- Lead system integrations, cloud adoption (AWS, Azure, GCP), RESTful APIs, and modernization efforts
- Conduct design and code reviews to optimize performance across distributed systems
- Mentor and guide development teams on architecture principles, coding standards, and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture with business and product requirements
- Drive technical decisions, rapid prototyping, and adoption of reusable frameworks and design patterns
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a software architecture role
- Proficiency in Java or .NET, SQL (Aurora/PostgreSQL), and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Strong understanding of microservices, API gateways, integration platforms, REST/OpenAPI standards, and MVC architecture
- Experience with front-end frameworks like JavaScript and modern web technologies
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills with experience mentoring teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Preferred: Experience with platform architecture, reusable frameworks, rapid prototyping, or open-source contributions
