Software Architect (Backend)

Key Responsibilities

• Define & evolve backend platform and API architecture
  
• Architect scalable

  multi-tenant microservices

  for global use
• Build

  configurable fintech systems

  (Custom Objects, Workflow automation, Report Builder)
• Lead

  architecture reviews

  & set engineering standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, QA, Frontend)
  
• Drive

  performance, scalability, and security

  benchmarks

Must-Have Skills

• 12+ yrs in software engineering, 5+ yrs in backend/SaaS architecture
  
• Strong in

  Java 17+, Spring Boot, microservices, distributed systems

• Expertise in

  API design (REST/GraphQL), security (OAuth2/JWT/mTLS), governance

• Cloud-native (AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability)
  
• Databases: SQL & NoSQL, dynamic schema, query optimization
  
• Integration: Kafka, RabbitMQ, streaming pipelines, webhooks
  
• Experience in

  SaaS platforms, workflow engines, report builders, and metadata-driven systems

Nice to Have

• Fintech / CRM / trading systems experience
  
• Multi-tenant SaaS (tenant isolation, customization, billing)
  
• Compliance knowledge (SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR/CCPA)
