Role Overview We are looking for a Soft Skills Training Lead who can design, execute, and standardize speaking-focused interventions for our Full Stack Development and Data Analytics students This is not just about teaching English it is about changing mindsets, creating safe spaces for practice, and driving consistent speaking training across hundreds of students, Key Responsibilities Program Design & Standardization: Create structured communication training modules tailored for Tier 2/3 college students Focus on practical speaking, confidence-building, and everyday practice rather than theory, Trainer Development: Train & support Centre POCs to run speaking sessions, peer practice, and 1:1 feedback, Execution & Monitoring: Drive speaking practice sessions across centers, track participation, ensure outcomes, Student Engagement: Influence and motivate students for soft skills training; highlighting its importance, 1-on-1 Coaching: Identify high-potential students struggling with soft skills & provide personalized coaching, Feedback & Improvement: Collect data, measure impact, and refine training for continuous improvement, What Were Looking For 4+ years of experience in soft skills training, corporate training, or spoken English coaching, Proven experience working with Tier 2/3 students or non-English-speaking backgrounds, A hands-on executor who thrives on making things happen rather than just designing plans, Patience and persistence you understand that transformation takes time, but you also know how to get results, Excellent communication skills in English and ability to connect with students at their level, Why Join Us Work at the intersection of education, employability, and social impact helping thousands of students land jobs they never imagined, High ownership role you will build and scale AccioJobs communication training from the ground up, Collaborative, mission-driven culture where your work directly impacts student success, Long-term growth opportunities as AccioJob expands nationally, Show more Show less
