Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Warangal for a Soft Skills Trainer. The individual in this role will develop and deliver soft skills training programs to diverse groups of participants. Daily tasks involve creating engaging training content, conducting workshops on communication, life skills, and professional development, and mentoring individuals to enhance their interpersonal and workplace abilities. The trainer will also assess training needs, monitor progress, and provide feedback to ensure participant growth and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Training & Development, including designing and delivering impactful training programs.
Excellent Presentation Skills to engage and inspire audiences effectively.
Background in teaching or facilitating Life Skills and Soft Skills, with a focus on interpersonal and behavioral development.
Exceptional Communication Skills in both verbal and non-verbal formats to convey content effectively and build rapport with learners.
Familiarity with adult learning principles, assessment techniques, and tools for tracking training outcomes.
Ability to motivate and mentor participants to learn and apply skills in real-life professional scenarios.
Relevant certifications in training or related fields are an advantage.
Flexibility and adaptability to work with diverse groups and varying skill levels.
