Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Soft Skills Trainer located in Warangal. The Soft Skills Trainer will conduct training sessions to improve employees' communication, life skills, and presentation skills. They will also design and develop training materials, track and assess training progress, and provide constructive feedback to participants. The Trainer will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment that encourages growth and development. Qualifications Excellent Presentation Skills and Soft Skills Experience in Training & Development and Life Skills coaching Strong Communication skills Ability to create and implement engaging training materials Proven ability to assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback Passion for fostering growth and development in others Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred Experience in the IT industry is a plus
