Job Description

Spoken English & Soft Skills Trainer

spoken English, confidence, and professional etiquette

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and facilitate
Group Discussions (GDs)
for assessment and training.
Deliver interactive sessions on
Spoken English, pronunciation, fluency, and public speaking.
Train students on
Interview Skills, Resume Writing, and Email Etiquette.
Organize
Mock Interviews, Role Plays, and Presentation sessions.
Provide
one-on-one coaching
to students who need additional support.
Evaluate student progress and give
constructive performance feedback.
Align training delivery with
corporate communication and placement readiness
requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience:
15 years in
Soft Skills Training / Spoken English Training / GD Facilitation / Campus Recruitment Training.
Freshers
with excellent spoken & written English are also encouraged to apply (training support will be provided).
Strong
presentation, public speaking, and mentoring
abilities.
Confident in conducting
Group Discussions, Mock Interviews, and Classroom Training.
Passionate about
student development, communication skills, and career readiness.
Ability to manage classroom dynamics and maintain student engagement.
