Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Soft Skills Trainer located in Gujarat. The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions to enhance the soft skills of participants. Daily tasks include designing and delivering training programs, planning and organizing workshops, assessing participants' needs, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves maintaining training records and preparing reports on training outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in training and development, particularly in soft skills
• Proficiency in creating and delivering engaging training content
• Ability to assess training needs and measure outcomes
• Familiarity with various training methodologies and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in working with underserved communities is a plus
