Soft Skills Trainer

As a Soft Skills Trainer at Guru Rajendra Jain International School in Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh, you will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions to students on various essential life skills such as communication, leadership, teamwork, and emotional intelligence. Your role will involve designing interactive workshops and activities tailored to different age groups, supporting students in goal setting and problem-solving, and mentoring them to enhance their self-awareness and emotional intelligence. Additionally, you will collaborate with academic faculty to integrate soft skills development into the school curriculum and organize extracurricular activities and guest lectures related to personality development. Key responsibilities include conducting training sessions to improve communication and interpersonal skills, designing workshops and activities, supporting students in goal setting and time management, mentoring individuals and groups, collaborating with faculty to integrate soft skills into the curriculum, organizing extracurricular activities, providing feedback on student progress, and participating in school events and residential life activities if applicable. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resource Development, or related fields, along with proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, preferably in an educational setting. You should possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, the ability to engage and motivate students effectively, strong organizational skills, experience with workshop design and group facilitation, and a passion for mentoring and student development.
