Job Description

Responsibilities

Design effective training programs and customize it as per the Requirements of the Students.
Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions for the Students. etc.
Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos as a Study Material for Individual Growth.
Support and mentor Students as per their SWOT.
Keep Records and Maintain a Individual Growth Chart of each Student, for the Competency Mapping.
Manage training budgets
Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
Monitor Individual performance and response to training.

Requirements and skills

Proven experience as corporate trainer and Campus Trainer.
Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
Willingness to keep a tab of new techniques in Training.
Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint); e-learning software is an asset
Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
Organizational and time management abilities
Critical thinking and decision making
Experience and Exposure to Law Profession.
Staying in Noida or Greater Noida or ready to relocate here.
