Role Description

Geeta University is seeking a full-time Soft Skills Trainer to join our Panipat campus. The Trainer will play a pivotal role in designing and conducting training programs focused on enhancing students' communication, presentation, and life skills. Responsibilities include delivering engaging training sessions, assessing the progress of participants, and providing personalized feedback for skill improvement. Collaborating with faculty and staff to align training programs with the university's holistic development goals will also be a key part of this role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in delivering Soft Skills and Communication development programs
Strong Presentation Skills and expertise in Training & Development techniques
Capability to teach Life Skills effectively, focusing on personal and professional growth
Experience developing tailored programs to meet the needs of diverse participants
Excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for engaging with students
Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution; a Master's degree or certification in Training/Soft Skills is an advantage
Prior experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, with exposure to academic institutions being desirable
