1. Follow the session planner
2. Identify slow learners and ensure that appropriate support is provided3.Make sessions engaging to avoid dropouts4. Ensure all the completed students attend PA and QAE verification successfully
5. Conduct quality mock interviews to prepare aspirants well for interviews. Each aspirant to be given at least NINE mock interviews followed by feedback on mail
6. Update the mock interview format (on google drive) suggested by L&D
7. Follow-up with the previous batch students (retention follow-up) on 7th day, 40th day and 70th day and counsel them if any training, workplace protocol, sector readiness issues are there or refer to AH for employer related issue
8. Update the same on hard copy/IT portal
9. Two parents meets per batch (one per month) to be conducted as per the guideline and share one post on workplace face book. Ensure maximum participation, you can also invite Alumni also.
10. Support centre team by referring candidate (from your in class aspirants). This is dependent on quality of training, and the placement provided to them, so work as a team to make it successful.
