Job Description

A Freelance Soft Skill and Verbal Trainer will design and deliver engaging training programs focused on improving soft skills and verbal communication. They will work independently, creating curriculum, conducting workshops, and assessing effectiveness, all while adapting to different learning styles and company needs. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Design and Development: Develop and refine training modules, materials, and assessments that align with client needs and desired learning outcomes. Training Delivery: Conduct interactive workshops, presentations, and role-playing exercises to facilitate learning. Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate training effectiveness, provide constructive feedback to participants, and adapt training based on needs. Collaboration and Communication: Work with clients to understand their training requirements, communicate effectively with participants, and report on progress. Staying Current: Remain updated on the latest training techniques and best practices in soft skills and verbal communication. Skills and Qualifications: Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with audiences, explain concepts clearly, and provide constructive feedback. Facilitation and Coaching Skills: Experience in leading group discussions, facilitating interactive activities, and mentoring individuals. Training Design and Development: Expertise in creating engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online modules. Adaptability: Willingness to adjust training methods based on audience needs and learning styles. Analytical and Evaluation Skills: Ability to assess training effectiveness and provide data-driven reports. Proficiency in relevant software and technologies: Including presentation software, video conferencing tools, and online learning platforms. Project location- Chennai Duration- 45 days- 60 days Food, accommodation and transportation will be taking care by the company. Looking for an immediate joiners.
