Soft Skills Trainer

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging soft skills training programs to enhance the interpersonal and professional capabilities of employees. The trainer will help individuals improve communication, teamwork, time management, leadership, emotional intelligence, and other essential workplace skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, customize, and deliver soft skills training programs in alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps across teams or individuals.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching (both in-person and virtual).
• Develop training materials such as manuals, presentations, handouts, and e-learning content.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in soft skills development.
