Job Title: Soft Skills & Aptitude Trainer

Duration: 4 Months (On-Campus)

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Soft Skills & Aptitude Trainer to deliver an intensive 4-month campus training program. The trainer will be responsible for equipping students with the necessary interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with aptitude test preparation to enhance their employability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive training sessions on soft skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, and workplace etiquette.
• Train students in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability to prepare them for placement drives.
• Develop training plans, modules, and assessments tailored to student needs.
• Use real-world scenarios, activities, and mock tests to ensure practical understanding.
• Track and evaluate student progress through assignments, quizzes, and feedback.
• Collaborate with the campus placement cell to align training objectives with industry requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in conducting soft skills and aptitude training, preferably in campus or corporate settings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of aptitude topics including quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability.
• Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire students.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline (Training certification is an advantage).

Contract Details:

• Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
• Mode: On-site at the assigned campus
