Training Duration: 28 Days Daily Working Hours: 6 Hours Location: North India (On-Site) Compensation: Up to ₹1,80,000 (Project-Based) Job Description: We are seeking experienced and passionate Technical Trainers to lead intensive training programs in one or more of the following areas: Advanced Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) Core DSA (Beginner to Intermediate) Java Full Stack Development MERN Full Stack Development As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality content, guiding learners through hands-on coding sessions, and ensuring conceptual clarity and practical understanding of real-world development and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Deliver structured and engaging live training sessions (6 hours/day) for 28 consecutive days. Create or adapt training content, coding exercises, and project-based assignments. Foster a problem-solving mindset among trainees through regular practice and discussions. Conduct periodic assessments, code reviews, and Q&A sessions. Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve their technical proficiency. Track learner progress and assist in resolving doubts or technical challenges. Required Qualifications: Proven expertise in at least one of the following domains: Advanced DSA (Competitive Programming, System Design exposure preferred) Core DSA (Array, String, Recursion, DP, Graph, Tree, etc.) Java Full Stack (Spring Boot, REST APIs, Hibernate, MySQL, React/Angular) MERN Full Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Prior experience in technical training, mentoring, or teaching (minimum 1 year preferred).
