Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Soft Skill Trainer to deliver engaging sessions on communication skills, personality development, workplace etiquette, and professional readiness. This role is ideal for professionals who have prior experience in training/teaching and are looking to restart their careers after a professional break.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive sessions on communication skills (verbal & written), public speaking, interpersonal skills, and professional behavior.
• Train students on interview preparation, group discussions, and presentation skills.
• Develop and deliver customized training content, modules, and activities.
• Assess learners’ strengths and areas of improvement and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with placement and academic teams to align training with industry needs.
• Motivate and guide learners to boost their confidence and professional outlook.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong command over English (spoken & written) with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of training methodologies, role-plays, and interactive learning activities.
• Empathy, patience, and a motivating personality.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Certification in soft skills, communication, or training will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in training, teaching, or a related field.

• Age: 28 to 45 years
