We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to train and guide our MBA students in developing essential communication, interpersonal, and professional skills required for successful corporate careers.

Job Description:

The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for planning, developing, and conducting training sessions that enhance students’ employability skills, confidence, and overall personality. The role involves preparing MBA students to excel in interviews, group discussions, and workplace environments through practical and engaging training modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on communication skills, presentation skills, teamwork, leadership, time management, and business etiquette.
• Design and implement soft skills development programs tailored for MBA students.
• Prepare students for campus recruitment through mock interviews, group discussions, and resume-building sessions.
• Assess students’ skill levels and provide individual feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with placement and academic teams to align training content with industry expectations.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and interactive activities to build students’ confidence and employability.
• Maintain training schedules, attendance records, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English, Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field.(MBA Degree preferred)
• Certification in Soft Skills or Corporate Training (preferred).
• Strong command of English and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for mentoring and guiding students.

Experience:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Soft Skills / Communication Skills Trainer in an educational institution or training academy.
• Experience working with MBA or higher education students preferred.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and motivational abilities.
• Creative and engaging training delivery style.
• Ability to manage and inspire large student groups.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
