Soft Skill Trainer

As a Soft Skills Trainer at FACE Prep, you will play a crucial role in enhancing students" and employees" communication, interpersonal, and professional skills. Here's what you can expect in this role: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for planning, designing, and delivering engaging training sessions on various soft skills such as communication (verbal & written), interpersonal skills, teamwork, presentation, public speaking, professional etiquette & grooming, time management, problem-solving, leadership, interview skills, and workplace readiness. Your interactive teaching methods will include role plays, group discussions, and other activities to ensure effective learning outcomes. Additionally, you will assess learners" strengths and areas of improvement, customize training modules based on their needs, and maintain training records. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, design, and deliver engaging training sessions on various soft skills. - Conduct role plays, group discussions, and interactive activities. - Assess learners" strengths and areas of improvement. - Customize training modules based on learners" needs. - Maintain training reports, attendance, and performance records. - Stay updated with the latest trends in soft skills and employability training. - Collaborate with academic/HR teams to align training with institutional/organizational goals. **Qualification Required:** - Bachelors / Masters Degree in Arts, Commerce, Business, HR, Psychology, or related field. - Certification in Soft Skills / Personality Development / Train the Trainer (preferred but not mandatory). As a Soft Skills Trainer at FACE Prep, you will need to have excellent command over English and one regional language, strong facilitation and presentation skills, proficiency in MS Office, empathy, patience, and adaptability to different learner needs. Your passion for training, mentoring, and student development, along with strong interpersonal skills and creativity in designing impactful sessions, will be key to your success in this role.
