Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Soft Skill Trainer. The Soft Skill Trainer will conduct engaging training sessions on interpersonal communication, teamwork, leadership, presentation techniques, and other important professional skills. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering training modules, assessing participants' progress, and providing actionable feedback to improve their corporate readiness and life skills. The candidate will work closely with the career development team to ensure tailored training programs that meet students' and employer expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate ideas effectively
• Expertise in training and development, with a focus on facilitating impactful learning experiences
• Knowledge of life skills, including time management, decision-making, and adaptability
• Proficiency in coaching and teaching soft skills such as teamwork, interpersonal communication, and conflict resolution
• Ability to engage and inspire students, combining professionalism with an approachable demeanor
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education, Psychology, HR, or similar) is preferred
• Experience in soft skill training or corporate readiness programs is an advantage
• Familiarity with online training tools and platforms
