Position: Soft Services Executive/Technical Executive

Location: Aundh, Pune

Qualification: Any Graduate

Exp: 1+ yrs

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily facility operations including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and office administration.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors for facility-related services.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Monitor and manage preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, utilities, and infrastructure.
Handle space management, seating arrangements, and workplace planning.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and facility-related consumables.
Track budgets and expenses related to facility operations.
Address employee facility-related concerns and provide timely resolutions.
Support in planning and execution of office events, relocations, and refurbishments.
Prepare regular reports on facility operations and vendor performance.
